Find courage to smile when things go wrong
Bury unhappiness in the back of your mind
Greet simple pleasures to which you've been blind
Break free from your prison of doubts and fears
Face life and problems with laughter - not tears
If you stumble - get up again and again
Don't give in too easily - stand up to pain
You'll be frightened at first but try it, try, try
Life is so short - it will pass you by
And when you succeed - you will no longer hide
But face up to problems with courage and pride
